ConsumerAffairs is nothing without our all-star team. Every month, we like to feature the employees who go above and beyond, helping us achieve our mission of helping consumers and brands make smart decisions.

Today, we're meeting up with Tina Miranda from our Client Success team. Tina has been with ConsumerAffairs for nearly three years and is dedicated to helping our partner brands succeed.

Here's a little more about what makes Tina great!

What is your favorite thing about being a Client Success Manager?

No two days, or clients, are alike. I am a busy body and boredom is my worst enemy. As a CSM, that has never been an issue. Whether it's a client request I've never been presented with before, learning a new platform or skill, finding creative solutions and ways to demonstrate value to a client or simply gaining industry-specific knowledge – every day has the potential to be fulfilling and rewarding.

What do you love about living in Maine?

My favorite thing about living in Maine is the changing landscape. One minute I can be in the woods with my dogs and at the beach an hour later or playing in a winter wonderland another month. As much as we love it here, I'm excited to be moving back to Tulsa, OK in April!

Which app on your phone do you use the most?

Amazon.

What is your favorite quote?

"It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default." – J. K. Rowling

What is your favorite ConsumerAffairs perk?

Flexibility! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work remotely with ConsumerAffairs for the past two years. I will be back in the office in a few months, but being able to move has been invaluable. Our unlimited PTO has also helped create a work-life balance that works well for my lifestyle and family, especially since recently becoming a mom!

Tell us about a recent vacation.

I went on a trip to Spain for our "babymoon". We visited Madrid, Sevilla, Granada and made a day stop in Tavira, Portugal. Our last night there, we found out there was a Spain versus Sweden soccer game, a Euro qualifier, and bought last-minute tickets. The game and trip are one we will remember for the rest of our lives!

What was your first job?

My mother was an education research consultant and I helped with data entry and interview transcribing throughout high school.

If you were an ice cream, what flavor would you be and why?

Raspberry Lemon Cake. A former boss referred to me as a sour patch kid: First I'm sour, then I'm sweet. I tend to be reserved at first (sour), but once I feel comfortable, there's no stopping me (sweet). I also just love lemon flavored anything!
