Today, we're meeting up with Maddie Morris, an Account Manager on our Client Services team. Maddie has been with ConsumerAffairs for over a year and is dedicated to helping our partner brands succeed.

What is your favorite thing about being an Account Manager?

I love getting to partner with my clients to solve their pain points and accomplish their goals. I love getting to think creatively and solving problems each day.

What do you love about living in Texas?

No income tax!

What is your favorite ConsumerAffairs perk?

I love that ConsumerAffairs has my back. I am not just a number, I feel more supported in this role than in any I've had before. This is super important to me because I work remotely.

Tell us about a recent vacation.

Last year, my mom and I rented a convertible and drove the Pacific Coast Highway from San Francisco to Paso Robles. I was beautiful and so fun! My favorite parts were seeing the otters in Morro Bay and when Animal Rescue Services saved a seal at Pebble Beach.

What was your first job?

The Weekley Family YMCA in Houston. I was a basketball and soccer referee and swim instructor/lifeguard.

If you were an ice cream, what flavor would you be and why?

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - a little basic and a little risky.
