What is your favorite thing about being a Client Success Manager?
My favorite thing about being a CSM is the opportunity to work with so many brands that care about their reputation and get excited about communicating with their customers. It always feels good when brands work hard to increase their star rating!
What do you love about living in New Jersey?
I love living so close to major cities. I'm within driving distance from NYC, Philadelphia, DC and Boston. There is always something to do and always places to explore. One of our favorite things to do is take a day trip to neighboring towns to explore local wineries and/or go hiking!

Tell us about a recent vacation.
I recently went to Oregon! My husband and I spent 5 days driving through the whole state. We explored the mountains, the coast, the city of Portland and wine country.
What was your first job?
My first job was working at a tanning salon in high school.
If you were an ice cream, what flavor would you be and why?
Ben & Jerry's "Everything But The" because I'm so many things wrapped into one!
